EVCC™ Pedas RSA is Levn Capital’s first flagship integrated highway rest and service area development, strategically located at KM241 (Southbound) PLUS Expressway. Owned and developed by Levn Capital, this landmark project integrates ultra-fast EV charging, fuel stations, curated retail, dining and sustainable infrastructure. EVCC™ (Electric Vehicle Charging Corridor) is Levn Capital’s strategic infrastructure development platform, envisioned to establish a nationwide network of next-generation highway service destinations. By integrating electric mobility, conventional fuelling, commercial amenities and sustainable energy solutions, EVCC™ aims to redefine Malaysia’s highway travel experience while creating long-term infrastructure value. Scheduled to open in January 2027.

LOT 875 Beranang Industrial Land

Strategically located in Semenyih, one of Southern Kuala Lumpur’s rapidly growing industrial corridors, this 3.125-acre industrial land is currently leased to Huashi (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of China Huashi, a Chinese state-owned enterprise (SOE) with reported total assets of approximately RM5.5 billion.
